Overview:

Business Objects offers a broad portfolio of tools and applications designed to assist you optimize business performance by connecting individuals, data and businesses across the business networks. It can take the form of a data array but is not a database itself. It presents business entities such as an invoice, a transaction or a person. BO’s are inherently scalable due to the architecture of object-oriented software applications.
