IBM TDI (Tivoli Directory Integrator) which shows the critical points where software meets infrastructure with a point and shoot graphical interface for rapid extraction, filtering, aggregation, transformation and transfer of practically any data. TDI is supports databases, mail and file system formats, message queues, Web services and with real time automated updates on the authoritative data source, allowing you to spend more time concentrating on the business requirements.
Training Objectives of TDI:
IBM TDI is a good software tool that synchronizes data across the multiple repositories. Within the environment of Lotus framework Connections, you can use TDI to populate or synchronize data from your LDAP directory, and possibly in other sources, into the Profiles database. This process is running with the Profiles population wizard or you can manually populate the Profiles database by running TDI AssemblyLines.
Target Students / Prerequisites:
Students must have awareness on LDAP Concepts. Basic Knowledge required on XML and XML dialects (SOAP, DSML, etc). Strong Knowledge Required on Java Script Programming. Understanding Concepts in Relation Databases and Object Oriented Programming.
